Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would submit audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 within three months from the end of financial year ended March 31, 2008, i.e. by June 30, 2008.

In view of the above, Company would not submit unaudited financial results for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2008, in the month of April, 2008.
