With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 18, 2008 regarding FY 08 results by Jun 30, 2008, Jindal Stainless Ltd has further informed to BSE that now it has been decided to submit unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, in April, 2008. Therefore, the next meeting of the Board of directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results (provisional) for the 4th quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
