Jindal Steel - Allotment of shares under ESOS
Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Sub-Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2008, has allotted 6,91,343 equity shares of Re 1/- each in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS-2005). Consequently with effect from June 16, 2008 the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 15,46,52,683.00 dividend into 15,46,52,683 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
