JK Tyre - Board Meeting Re-scheduled
With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 23, 2008 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, for taking a view on the price at which Rights Issue of Equity Shares is proposed. It was also informed that the Board will consider the Record Date for the Rights Issue, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled and will now be held on June 28, 2008 for the aforesaid purpose.
