JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that the Chairman of the Company has announced the result of the special resolution passed through the Postal Ballot pursuant to Section 192A (2) of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 made there under. The said resolution has been passed with requisite majority in respect of contribution to the Charitable and Other Trusts under Section 293(1)(e) of the Companies Act, 1956.
