Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors held on April 22, 2008, allotment of 3,750 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 201.33 per share, has been made pursuant to exercise of 750 options earlier granted under the “Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.”

Further 9,100 Options have been granted to eligible employees of the Company on April 22, 2008 in accordance with Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan, 2005. Each option shall entitle the holder to subscribe to 5 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 359.25 per share.
