Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish Audited Results for the last quarter of the year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of 3 months of the close of the accounting year 2007-2008. The Company will not therefore publish unaudited results for the last Quarter and will publish Audited Results before the end of June 30, 2008.
