Kalptaru Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish audited quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial results within three months of the Close of the year ended on March 31, 2008.

Hence, the Unaudited Financial Results (provisional) for the quarter ended on March 31, 2008 will not be published.
