Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 2008.

3. To approve the dates of closure of share transfer books and register of members.

4. To convene 21st Annual General Meeting and decide about time, venue and day.
