Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To finalize the Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To recommend Dividend. The Board had recommended 20% Dividend for the F.Y. 2006-07; and

3. To recommend issue of Bonus Shares.
