Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Special Resolution for amending the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. Special Resolution for commencement of new business activities under Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
