Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, has approved issue of Stock Options to the employees of the Company under the Stock Option Scheme, 2008, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
