KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that Special resolutions under i) Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 for amending the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and ii) Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for commencement and carrying on the business as per the proposed amendments to the Other objects of the Memorandum of association of the Company have been approved by the Shareholders through Postal Ballot with requisite majority.
