Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit audited financial results for the entire financial year ended on March 31, 2008 within three months from the end of the said financial year.

Accordingly, the Company will not be submitting unaudited financial results for the
last quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
