Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed BSE about the following:

1. ACD project development under technology partnership with M/s. Konkan Railways has been completed, as envisaged.

2. Indian Railways found the ACD system working satisfactorily over 1750 KMS in NF Railways.

3. Honourable Railway Minister has announced in Parliament on February 26, 2008 while presenting the Railway Budget that, the ACD project will be extended to cover entire Indian Railway network in a phased manner and in the next two years. ACD system will be installed and commissioned in Southern, South Central and South Western Railways.
