Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has informed BSE that the Company agrees to publish its Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within three months from the end of the last quarter ending March 31, 2008 of the financial year 2007-2008.

In view of the above the Company would not be publish the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ending March 31, 2008.
