Khator Fibre & Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008, on or before June 30, 2008, accordingly there will be no Board Meeting for consideration of quarterly un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
