Kilpest India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Financial Results of the Company with in a period of three Months i.e. , by June 30, 2008 from the end of the last quarter of the financial year ended on March 31, 2008.

Accordingly, the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2008 will not be published.
