With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “M&M in talks to buy Kinetic Motors”, Kinetic Motor Company Ltd has clarified to BSE that the said news item is purely of speculative nature.

Company is exploring various alternatives to raise funds for its Two Wheeler Business. However no definitive agreement has been entered with any investor or Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
