Kinetic Motor Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2008, has decided to extend current financial year of the Company ending no March 31, 2008 by further period of 3 months so as to end it on June 30, 2008, which will be of a 15 months period.
