Kiran Print Pack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
Since the Company is publishing Audited Result for the year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 the unaudited Result will not be Published.
