Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider recommendation of final dividend on the equity shares for the financial year 2007-08.
