Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2008, inter alia, for taking on record Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 and will also consider, recommendation of final dividend for the year 2007-08 to the shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
