Kotak Mahindra Bank - Grant of Options
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank on the “Grant Date” of March 07, 2008, has made a grant of 3,000 options, in aggregate, under Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2007 - Series 11 to an employee of its subsidiary Company in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employees Stock Purchase Scheme), Guidelines, 1999.
