Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has formed on May 21, 2008 a new Company in Singapore in the name of “Kothari Products Singapore Pvt Ltd” as its 100% subsidiary Company.

The principal activities of the aforesaid subsidiary Company will be “General Wholesale Trade (including General Importers and Exporters)” and “Business Management and Consultancy Services“.
