Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend @ 12.5% on the equity share capital of the Company (Rs 1.25 per share) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 29, 2008.
