KPR Mill Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2008, the following persons have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.

1. Sri. G P Muniappan, Former Deputy Governor of Reserve Bank of India.

2. Sri. A Sekar, a Whole-Time Employee of the Company, as a Whole-Time Director designated as “Director (Commercial)”.

The following additional directors shall hold office up to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
