Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has filed scheme of arrangement under Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956 to the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench for demerger of solvent division and hiving off Auto Engineering Moulding division. As directed by the Court order dated May 12, 2008 the Company is calling the meeting of shareholders and secured creditors on June 28, 2008.
