1. To amend the main object clause of memorandum of Association of the Company.

2. To pass an Ordinary resolution under section 203(1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for sale lease or otherwise dispose of Land, Building and Plant & Machineries of the Company.

3. To seek approval of members under section 149(2A) for commencement of new activities.

4. To Shift the registered office of the Company.
