La-Mere Apparels - Outcome of Board Meeting
La-Mere Apparels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2008, had discussed and passed the following resolutions:
1. To sale, lease or dispose off the Plant, Machinery, Land and Building of the Company.
2. To amend the main and other objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association.
3. To shift the registered office of the Company from 84, Village Khoda, Ta. Sanand, Ahmedabad to 702, Silicon Tower, Near Samartheshwar Mahadev Temple, Law Garden, Ahmedabad.
4. Approved the draft notice of Postal Ballot to be sent to shareholders for their consent for above businesses.
