Lanco Infratech Ltd has informed BSE about the following Press Release:

“Based on reports in a section of the press relating to inconsistencies in Lanco ? Globeleq consortium’s bidding for Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project, Lanco would like to clarify certain points.

In the Consortium, Lanco had 30% shareholding and Globeleq had 70% shareholding. Lanco and Lanco Group Companies’ submission of information towards the RFQ is with total clarity and in fact it was in much more detail than required by the RFQ format. Till date no issue whatsoever have been raised on the quality of information submitted by Lanco. In our opinion all information provided by Globeleq is also in line with the RFQ and we see don’t see any reason in terming it as a misrepresentation.”
