Lanxess ABS Ltd has informed BSE about the following:

1. The members of the Company at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 02, 2008, approved the change of name of the Company to “INEOS ABS (India) Ltd“, subject to approval of Office of Registrar of Companies (ROC).

2. Subsequent to approval of the Members, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of Registrar of Companies (ROC) has also approved the change of name of the Company from “LANXESS ABS Ltd” to “INEIS ABS (India) Ltd” w.e.f. June 17, 2008 and has issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation.
