Lanxess ABS - Outcome of EGM
Lanxess ABS Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 02, 2008, inter alia, have approved the change of name of the Company from “LANXESS ABS Ltd” to “INEOS ABS (India) Ltd”, subject to approval of Registrar of Companies along with other agenda items of alternation of Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect such changes.
On receiving such approval from the Members’, the Company has made an application to the Registrar of Companies for getting fresh “Certificate of Incorporation” with new name.
