LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd has informed BSE that further to discussions with Renold U.K Manchester leading to a potential Joint Venture with them subject to satisfactory conclusion of other aspects of the sale Agreement to be entered into, the Company is now conducting the postal ballot authorizing the Management for continuance and conclusion in finalizing the sale terms and conditions.
