1. Name of Allottee: Miss. Sumera Raoof Dhanani NRI (Promoter Group)
- No of Equity Shares Allotted: 2,75,000

2. Name of Allottee: Miss. Sana Yusuf Dhanani NRI (Promoter Group)
- No of Equity Shares Allotted: 2,75,000.
