Lifeline Drugs & Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is proposing to adopt the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2008 by or before the due date.

Accordingly, the Company will not consider and adopt the Un-audited Quarterly Financial Results (Provisional) for the last quarter of the year 2007-2008 i.e. Fourth Quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
