Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2008, to consider the following:
1. To consider the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Writing Aids Pvt Ltd with Line Pen & Plastics Ltd and to consider the Share Exchange Ratio for shares of the Company to be issued to shareholders of Shree Writing Aids Pvt Ltd.
2. To consider the increase in the remuneration of Shri. Deepak Jalan, Managing Director and Shri. Aloke Jalan, Whole time Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2008.
