Living Room Lifestyle Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, for considering the following matters:

1. To consider the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008.

2. To sell the undertaking of the Company pursuant to Section 293 (1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956.

3. To approve Notice of the Postal Ballot for the item given above.
