Lloyds Metals & Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish the Audited Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 within the period of 3 months from the end of the Financial Year i.e. on or before June 30, 2008. As such the Company is not contemplating the publication the Unaudited Results for the said quarter ended March 31, 2008.
