Lloyds Metals & Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 10, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors of the Company.

2. Re-appointment of Shri. Shantanu Mohapatra, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Todarwal & Todarwal, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
