LN Polyesters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

Allotment of 43,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share on Preferential basis to investors other than Promoters as detailed hereunder.

1. Allotment of 28,00,000 No. of Equity Shares against Conversion of Debt into Equity.

2. Allotment of 15,00,000 No. of Equity Shares vide monies received as on date.
