Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 35,00,000 Convertible Warrants to the Promoters at a price of Rs 354/- (Rs 10/- face value + Rs 344/- Premium) on May 22, 2008.
This allotment is made pursuant to resolution passed u/s 81(1A), of the Companies Act, 1956 by the shareholders of the Company on February 08, 2008.
