Luminaire Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has obtained provisional approval from Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF - Zone) for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘IndiaNivesh T V Networks FZE’ vide their letter dated June 12, 2008 and the Company will proceed to complete all the requisite formalities for the same and incorporate the wholly owned subsidiary in the name of IndiaNivesh T.V. Networks FZE’.
