With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “Marathon Realty to set up IT SEZ near Mumbai, unveils Rs 900 cr plan”, Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd has clarified to BSE that the said news item regarding setting up of an Information Technology Special Economic Zone does not pertain to this Company.
The IT SEZ mentioned in the news item is part of Marathon Realty Pvt. Ltd., a group entity that is not listed.
