Marsons Ltd has informed BSE that the final order in connection with Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Marson’s Transformers Ltd with the Company have been issued by The Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta vide order dtd. July 09, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, it shall take necessary steps towards the allotment of shares to the shareholders of the transferor Company i.e. Marson’s Transformers Ltd after getting the certified copy of the order from the Court and filing the same with the office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
