Maytas Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, has allotted 856 equity shares under Employee Stock Option - 2007 (ESOP - 2007) of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 5,88,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating Rs 58,85,00,000 to 5,88,50,856 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating
Rs 58,85,08,560.
