Mcleod Russel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 01, 2008 has re-appointed Mr. A Khaitan as the Managing Director and Mr. R Takru, Mr. A Monem and Mr. K K Baheti as Whole-time Directors of the Company for a period of three months in each case with effect from April 01, 2008.
