Mcleod Russel India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 02, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the Company’s Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with relative Schedules thereto.

2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any.

3. To consider, approve and take on record the Company’s Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.
