MIC Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that following resolution is passed by Circulation by the Board of Directors of the Company on May 26, 2008 :
- Out of the proposed Preferential issue of 38,67,345 share warrants @ Rs 610/- per Warrant, cancellation of 127000 (One Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand) share warrants proposed to be allotted to Mr. Mangilal Kalani and that 50000 (Fifty thousand) share warrants proposed to be allotted to Mr. Ranjan Kapur.
