MindTree Consulting Ltd has informed BSE that the Members of the Company by way of postal ballot have passed the following resolutions, by simple majority:
1. Change the name of the Company from “MindTree Consulting Ltd” to “MindTree Ltd”.
2. Authorise the Board to borrow over and above the paid up share capital and free reserves of the Company and
3. Approve the variation in the utilization of IPO net proceeds.
